Accolades/Experience: At 28 he was inspired by his brother to move to the United States to pursue and follow his passion for food. In 2005 he opened his first Love Boat Sushi Restaurant in Oceanside and today he is the President and Corporate executive of 5 restaurants in the San Diego area.
When asked what he considers a vacation, chef James shares he is on vacation everyday. His passion is food and his new Robata Grill has expanded more options for his crew to be creative and for guests to enjoy. He likes to reinvent himself and is inspired by his talented team of chefs.
